Plain language is one of the main requirements in TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) legislation as well as a number of other pieces of legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act and the National Credit Act.

 

 With a strong background in insurance, particularly as a communications specialist in the product development space, I have the unique skill of reading and translating complex insurance documents, full of legalese, into language that everyone can understand.
